I would hardly describe that as a cardiac event since he's not even clutching at his chest in any way but just instantaneously loses consciousness and falls to the ground already unconscious. I was personally present when my grandfather had a massive heart attack, and this does not resemble that experience in any way shape or form. Judging from the non-reaction of the players around him, this person isn't even expressing any pain vocally or that he is even in distress before he goes unconscious.
