When this does nothing, they'll blame it on the people and go for a month. After that fails, they'll blame specific groups, make some arrests, and go for two months. They will never admit they were wrong. When their economy is just about dead, they'll falsify the data, stop counting, and announce that they finally beat the virus. And then the people will vote in the same politicians that destroyed their country.
