Lies have been renamed to misinformation. Vaccines have been re-defined twice in the recent past. Financial recession has had their definitions changed. The definition of wars was changed to police action. Sex, male or female was changed to gender, then fragmented into obscure imaginary terms. The language itself has been corrupted, just as those in our past have predicted it would be.
