The Virginia Clean Economy Act

  - 8:51

The Virginia Clean Economy Act is pointless and reckless virtue signaling. It will accomplish nothing nothing, while having many negative effects on the people of Virginia. It needs to be repealed under the incoming administration.

Righting The Wrong

Bravo Tony, you are spot-on with EVERYTHING that you just said.... now, if only people with the ability to rectify what is currently being put into place will listen and react to turn things around before it's too late!

Remember, the government is you and me and a few other people, deciding to permit or forbid, that is, regulate human activities. Liberty is rather novel and fragile, as "might makes right" rules in the biological world until the slow incremental and stuttering of liberty began just a few thousand years ago. And can be easily erased in less than a generation with little chance of returning, as many nations have proven. Every climatologist I meet is less convinced each year as predictions fail to materialize. I ask now, "what observation would falsify anthrogenic CO2 global warming theory?" And it comes down to sea ice, and sea rise.

There's still the problem of fossil fuels being a finite resource. Even without an ever growing population and "economy", they will eventually become more scarce, and thus more expensive and less attainable by the masses, which by then will have even less wealth due to automation replacing them in the production of necessary goods and services. There does indeed need to be an eventual change in how humanity lives, because what will all the people do when fossil fuels become so scarce that they either aren't available, or cost too much to procure? There needs to somehow be a steering of society in a sustainable direction, soon, but must be done without authoritarian dictatorial control. Those steering the ship cannot be those profiting off it, or it will be corrupted and fail.

The answer is in fossil fuels itself, recycle the carbon and use energy from the sun to make more fossil fuels that's all it is is a hydrocarbon. Just need to figure out how to get rid of oxygen bonds on the carbohydrates.

I think that would be similar to the "hydrogen fuel" paradox. Where it takes far more energy in than you can get back out. Biodiesel is essentially what you're suggesting. The "powers that be" don't tend to like decentralized energy production though. The US has essentially banned all new affordable diesel passenger cars through their particulate emission laws... connected? I think so.

It doesn't cost too much energy seeing how plants already do much of the work and energy but it's worth a shot and you could get the left on board because it's taking carbon out of the air.

Ask people what they will do when it gets cold if they can't heat their homes. These absolute assholes - politicians - seem to believe that it will never get cold if they stop using coal and oil and natural gas. Or that's what they want people to believe. They're crazier than the vaccine freaks. Okay - maybe it's a tie for Idiot of the Decade.

There are two countries named Congo. They are neighbors. I look forward to the day the world learn this fact.

As hard as it sounds, but maybe more green politicians need to be harmed by their own policies, then they'll change their positions. The same for COVID measures and forced vaccinations. Btw., I heard that Bill Gates is sponsoring the building of nuclear plants.

Tony go to the Science section of this platform and watch the "guy that puts physics on its head, (it has a blackboard image). And especially pay attention to him using LEDS to power a house, (l tried it with one and it works). And they work 24/7, or .02 at night and .20 volts during the day for one mini LED light. So one A4 sheet could power an electric car forever, and about 5 a house. Best to watch it asap, and download it, it will probably disappear soon.

We actually are in the midst of a terrible crisis. Insanity has gripped the leaders of much of Western Civilization and they are enacting extremely destructive laws and policies to make life worse for most people.

Please don’t ask a Climate🀑 to make any sense. They just talk and think everyone will believe them because quite often they have some sort of a useless college degree! I am πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦
