I bet lot of people made a lot of money out of crappy solar panels. And still do. It takes 12 of them at 100% to boil a kettle. Then they lose efficiency as soon as they are deployed.

You would think they would have turned the panels vertical to keep the snow off them and then when the snow stops falling you allow them to track the sun again. I guess the operators of that field (that coal plant next door) wanted to make a statement about how much better coal and natural gas are. Wont do any good as we are in a fight against the globalistagenda.org and they control everything so their point will go unnoticed.

Enphase keeps telling my panels πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§ are underperforming when, actually, there has been practically no sunlight for several months. Quite normal for middle England at this time of year. Nothing to see here.

Never mind. Greta is now saying people like you need to move to Mars whilst the rest of them fix this house which is burning down........ Why are people still buying into this green energy shit!

Did you notice? Sunshine won't yield anything if solar panels are slanted the other way round.

Gotta wonder how much damage the ice caused these panels and electronics? A few years ago a big hail storm blew through Austin, Tx and obliterated solar panels. πŸ™„

Geez!!. Like that can't happen to anything apart from solar panels!!! 😝... πŸ™„

No audio. Wyoming? Just looking. Very thin shadows from photovoltaic arrays. Tilted to grab minimal solar insolation? Electric producers, including public ones, usually sell excess electricity to retailers (like PGE,) for so much, like so much per million KWH. When prices low less $incentive to increase production, more $incentive to decrease it, to drive prices up. See "Enron, Smartest Guys in the Room." So Texans have to freeze first before producers allowed to gouge.

Actually coal IS a renewable resource, do you think it fell from the sky as an asteroid and buried itself in the Earth? Carbon was part of what the Earth was formed from and has been here in one form or another the entire time and without it and CO2 there would be no life.

What's my name?

That might be true but we don't run the globalistagenda.org so you have made a point that will never see the light of day.

Ditto. At least China realizes this and doesn't let green energy get in their way ... https://newtube.app/user/RAOB/kf3DIEm

They should use Brawndo to de-ice them.

AOC has submitted a plan to fix the problem by placing a roof over the top to keep the snow off.

You win the internet for today :-)

Imagine all the green jobs that would be created building the roof! ;)

Is she going to allow the racist pipeline workers to get special training and let them build it or is she going to use her sheeple to build it I wonder?

Glenn Howden

Pretty pictures, but what is their output?

bgrosz

I believe the point is that when the sun isn't shining or the solar panels are covered with snow, the coal plant runs. So I assume that one coal plant and all those solar panels are about equivalent in power output. I could be wrong, but it makes sense. When the solar panels aren't operating, something else has to push out a similar amount of power.

"Snow has an insignificant effect on your solar production" - Apparently! Lets how that technology can catch up to bring us out of this current whopping great 'Green Energy' Lie!

Outrigger

I can tell you that electrical production from solar panels close to the Winter Solstice is nearly half what it is near the Summer Solstice. (I have solar panels on my roof to freeze my electric costs for the next 20 years, not because I think they're green.) So your power from solar is cut in the winter just when you need it most.

Disgusting...a crime. And those goddam criminals should be drawn and quartered.

Yes, solar looks like the answer .......................to something.................just not sure what. ClimateπŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘πŸ€‘β€™s reign supreme .......for now!!!!! They will fall flat on their 🀑🀑🀑 faces soon as reality sets in! I am πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦πŸ‡¨πŸ‡¦

To paraphrase Mark Twain: Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a supporter of green energy. But I repeat myself.

Michael Schellenberger said that to replace the power that the California nuclear power plant generates with solar panels would require 400 times the land area that the nuclear power plant is on. Now I call that an environmental impact.

While they have eliminated much of the prong horn antelope habitat these solar arrays have put out almost no electricity at a time it is needed most.
