Controlled opposition. It is all theater, orchestrated to keep the peoples' eyes off the ball, and fighting amongst themselves. It is working splendidly. Basic stuff, but the multi generational social programming from a young age to submit to authority, ask permission, and do what you're told, has made a populace predominantly made up of people unable to use their minds.
