The government regulates the new problem, thereby creating another problem again. This goes on and on, until the government completely loses control over all the problems it has created. I believe, Germany is exactly at that point. I'm not sure though if all this is part of a bigger plan a.k.a. The Great Reset, or if Klaus Schwab and all the other "elites" are loudmouths, who are blinded by their own beliefs in their superiority, while the international superstructure they have worked on for decades (as Obama put it) is actually breaking apart.

Same line of action in the Netherlands. And because of higher CO2 emissions of powerplants on coal, more measures will be taken to compensate for that. Sad.

I have been in hi-tech all my working life in organisations where nearly all the staff were graduates, and believe me, a PhD is no guarantee against stupidity. On occasion it merely converts a fool into a prig.

I do not know what these academics and politicians tell themselves when things never work out the way they imagined. Phrases like "unintended consequences" dot their speech from time to time. But mostly it is the people who are blamed for not realizing or grasping the glory of their visions. I have to live in the same world but I limit my contact with them as much as possible. However, it seems they do not want to leave me alone. Ah, but the full extent of their insanity and interference has yet to be realized.
