We need to know if they were hacked machines/ botnet. Based on the order, it seems mostly from china, using bots in other countries as distractions. They are also able to do such large scale operations. (Russia has small hacker groups). But it could also be the CIA using the same botnet. The main conclusion is that there was no defense against an outside attack... .. on purpose. They just left the back-door open.

Then said it could be but phrasing his words differently. It should always be a closed system to count ballots. If errors happen, you can find out by video internally.
