When claims of experts and reporters are readily falsified, and the experts and reporters do not immediately retract their claims and apologize for their errors, and point out the source of their errors, and design more robust and rigorous methodology, THEN they are not credible sources. They are the 'boy who cried wolf' to gain attention by triggering the collective threat response OR they are 'Henny Penny' in their exaggerated, paranoid, and catastrophic response to life's erratic phenomenon. The wolf is not at the door and the sky is not falling. But the emporer has no clothes; there is no rigorous unassailable basis for the trust in the climatologists currently promoting the current anthrogenic hypothesis to climate change.

In May of 2019, my wife and I took a cruise to Alaska. At the time, passengers from California were still fixated on the "Camp Fire" of the previous November. Nothing else mattered. The only acceptable explanation was anthropogenic global warming - oh my. Lions and tigers and bears ... . The idea of short circuiting the incessant telling and retelling of the narrative of the naughty humans by referring the insufferable sufferers to RealClimateScience.com did not seem like a good way to encourage harmony, so I did my best to tune them out until they would test my empathy by ask how I felt about their tail of woe. After the first telling, I ripped the band-aid by saying, "I don't care." It only took a couple such responses and Camp Fire talk ceased at the tables when my wife and I sat down. Non-California passengers were able to talk about the wonderful cruise, while I basked in the warmth of the California Camp Fire glares.

I have had trouble watching last three videos. They load very slow. Very frustrating.
