If Governor’s office is now saying we cannot stay closed because of the economy - what legal recourse do these restaurant owners have against their Governors for this obvious admission of guilt; NONE - because the “State” has sovereign immunity - with the very limited exception of gross negligence. (which is impossible to prove against a politician) Sovereign Immunity is upheld when a politician can show good faith and follows even any kind of protocol - regardless of how erroneous and hair brain the whole thing is. If we were able to show that Climate Change is a MASSIVE FRAUD - we still locked in do-loop of Sovereign Immunity. When it comes to Climate Change, we have no legal recourse. The issue of sovereign immunity is a disaster for Americans - even if Federal politicians were shown to be grossly negligent for destroying our economies. For the Climate Change dilemma - the Climate Change Politicians point to their Climate Change Scientists - who will point to the fraudulent Climate Change data - who point to their Climate Change activist bureaucrats - who point to their liberal fake Climate Change College Degrees - who point to their liberal Climate Change college professors - who point to the Chinese Communist Party who funded their fake research - who then points to their Billionaire Climate Change investors from the United States. Our leaders in the west saw the power the Chinese government had over their people and became insanely jealous. Cuomo is pushing to end the lock down because he lost in court and cannot keep the lock down. Cuomo has no more power so he is pretending that the lock down ended because he said so. If it were up to Cuomo the lock down would last decades.

I think it's a bit short sighted to believe the lockdowns were just about unseating Trump. This is occurring globally, major targets are western countries. Canada is ramping up their lockdowns right now. I believe the primary reason for the lockdowns is to destroy western economies. We are dealing with fascists controlled by the global elite...these are communists determined to destroy the middle class and tank the economies of the western world, paving the way for the WEF's "great reset", a rebranded UN Agenda 2030. The very first day I heard about this "pandemic," I told my family it was political and designed to cause Trump to lose the 2020 election. I also told them that the leftist would steal the election. I was hoping I was being alarmist. I guess not.
